FOI Request – Teaching Staff Mental Health Absence

In accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:
The number of sickness days for the reason of mental health (including stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc) which were taken in your local authority in the 2024-25 financial year.

Please only provide information for your council’s teaching-related staff, i.e.
i) Primary school teachers
ii) Secondary school teachers
iii) Head teachers
iv) Other teaching support staff (in primary and secondary schools)
v) Nursery Staff (all nursery staff, including teachers, support staff, etc.).
By “other teaching and nursery support staff”, including classroom assistants, ASN teachers etc.
