For each contract, please include:

a)  The name and description of the service or product purchased
b)  The supplier or vendor
c)  The contract start and end dates
d)  The total contract value (if available)
e)  Any associated renewal or extension terms

2.  The name and contact details (or departmental contact information) for a relevant individual within your IT or Cybersecurity department, who may be approached for future correspondence or engagement.
