1. Moray Council’s Procurement team was fully involved at all stages of the purchase, ensuring that the relevant policies were followed throughout.

2. A Data Protection Impact Assessment was completed at the time

4. Users were informed of the change through a variety of channels, email, social media, and website information. Unfortunately, due to the timescales involved and change of system this information is no longer held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
