1.  Please confirm the number of unoccupied Sheltered Housing flats or houses, that were available for occupancy in Elgin, between 01.04.2023 and 20.09.2023.

2.  Please provide a copy of the criteria used by Elgin based Social Workers to place a client in Sheltered Housing between the period 01.04.2023 and 20.09.2023.

2. The criteria used to allocate Sheltered Housing is taken from the Allocations Policy at the time (attached). It should be noted that Social Workers do not allocate these types of properties - they are allocated by our dedicated team of Housing Needs Officers and assisted by our Housing Occupational Therapist.
