FOI Request - Hospitality and Entertainment Spend

Over the past three financial years 2021/22, 2022/23, and 2023/24 please advise of as follows:

1.  A list of all hospitality or meal-related expenses claimed or paid for by the council in connection with:
a) Client or stakeholder meetings
b) Internal team meals
c) Business lunches, dinners, or entertainment
d) Hospitality for external guests or partners
e) Events where alcohol was served or charged to the council

2.  For each expense, please include:
a) Date of expense
b) Venue or establishment name
c) Total amount paid
d) Job title of staff member incurring the cost
e) Number of people in attendance
f) Purpose or justification (if recorded)

3.  Policy and Oversight.  Please also provide:
a) A copy of the council's current policy or guidance on staff hospitality, entertainment, or subsistence.
b) Any maximum limits, per-person thresholds, or venue restrictions in place.
