FOI Request - Assaults Between Pupils

I write under the Freedom of Information Act 2002 to ask for:

1. The number of incidences of physical or verbal assault between pupils in schools across Moray Council, in each of the last five years.
a) Primary schools
b) Secondary schools

To answer this FOI request we would have to read through thousands of violence & aggression reports and pupil files individually, which would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. As such Section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost) is applicable.
