I would like to ask the following:

1. In each year since 2020-21, including the current year to date, how many employees at this public body have been suspended with full pay?

2. In relation to Q1, what is the respective salary of these employees?

3. Please provide as much detail as possible on why these employees were suspended. E.g. Disciplinary issues, poor quality of work etc.

Only information on the last 12 months is currently held; earlier years is not held and therefore exemption under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – information not held - is applicable.

The number of staff in the last 12 months is less than 5. The low numbers associated with this response may result in the identification of individuals.As such it is exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
