FOI Request - School Estate Safety Incidents

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2002 I would therefore be most grateful for the following information.

1. How many safety incidents related to the 

a) primary 

b) secondary school estate (buildings, walls, construction, grounds etc.) have been reported each calendar year for the last ten years?

Clarification: ‘Safety incidents’ refers to any reported instance of staff or pupils at risk due to the condition of their physical surroundings on the school estate e.g. walls disintegrating, equipment breaking, crumbling surfaces, distressed toilet facilities, plumbing issues etc.
