I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Specifically, I would like the following information:
1. The total number of people who presented as homeless within your council area since 2015.
Please break this information down by month and year.

2. Of those in question one, how many had previously presented as homeless in a different council
area. Please break this information down by month and year, and the council area(s) they
previously presented as homeless in.

3. Of those in question one, how gave their last known address within your council area, and how
many were listed as having lived in a different council area? Please break this information down
by month and year, and the council area(s) they previously lived in.

4. Of those in questions 1, 2, and 3, what were the demographics of the individuals. Please break
this down by date range, month, and year, and council areas, as above. Specifically:
a) How many were women?
b) How many were children, and how many of those were with a lone parent?
c) How many identified as LGBTQ+?
