I would like to request the following information relating to Moray over the past 3 years:
1. Traffic incident and accident statistics including, number of reported collisions or road traffic incidents, number of injuries and fatalities.
2. Any associated costs or estimates of financial impact of the aforementioned.
3. Records of speed monitoring, including, average speed measurements, results of any speed surveys conducted.
4. Details of any mobile or fixed speed enforcement in place, road safety assessments or risk reports.
5. Any internal or third-party assessments of road safety or speeding risk, Prioritisation or classification of the roads in terms of safety.
6. Meetings where speeding, road safety, or accident prevention were discussed by the council or relevant committees.
7. Details of any traffic calming measures that have been implemented or rejected (with reasons for rejection).
A general overview of each request would be sufficient.

I request the following information for the most recent 12-month period which is available.:
1. A summary of location and results of any speed surveys or monitoring carried out by, or on behalf of, Moray Council,
and a summary of any internal or external road safety risk assessments specifically identifying speeding as an issue.
2. A summary of locations where traffic calming or road safety measures relating to speeding that were proposed but not implemented, with recorded reasons.
3. Summary statistics where the number of reported road traffic collisions in Moray in the same 12-month period, where speeding was recorded as a contributing factor,
and locations in Moray where those collisions occurred
4. A summary of the economic cost of those reported road traffic collisions to Moray council.
