Please provide service-level annual totals for academic years 2019/20 to 2024/25 (year-to-date):

a) Eligibility rules and fee structure (document or link).

1. a) 2022/23 - 14 breakfast clubs
2023/24 - 15 breakfast clubs
2024/25 - 21 breakfast clubs

We do not operate after school clubs.
b) There is no set limit on the number of pupils who can attend. Most are open Monday to Friday.

However, most are open to all pupils but certain pupils are targeted for invitation via the Wellbeing Team / Child Planning Process. There are no fees.
b) For 2024/25, the average attendance in Secondary Schools was 18 and 12 in Primary Schools. We do not have waiting lists. Figure for previous years is not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
3. Breakfast Clubs are not funded by the authority. Schools apply for funding from Bright Start or use PFF / school funds. They also receive food donations from supermarkets / local businesses.
