1. The Council does not have a dedicated complaints administration team, per se.

Responsibility for oversight and administration of complaints handling across Moray is resourced by a combination of dedicated officers and delegated responsibility to services

2. a) & b) Due to the low numbers involved, release of the information requested could result in the identification of individuals. This information is therefore exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information.
