1.  Number of planning applications for more than 10 dwellings submitted to the Council in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.

2.  Proportion of those applications which were recommended for approval and refusal by planning officials, for each the above years.

3.  Proportion of those applications recommended for approval which were later refused by a committee of elected councillors, for each of the above years.

4.  Proportion of those applications recommended for refusal were approved by a committee of elected councillors, for each of the above years.

The information requested is publicly available on the Council’s Planning Register, which can be viewed online via the following link: https://publicaccess.moray.gov.uk/eplanning/

The “Advanced” search function can be used to restrict searches to housing developments (by selecting Development Type as 3a, 3b or 3c) as well as requested date ranges. Each case will have details of the method of determination as per the details in the request.
