Please provide, for each of the past five years:

1.  The number of trees removed in your council area (excluding removals on private land)  

2.  The reason(s) for removal (e.g. disease, safety, development, storm damage)  

3.  The number of replacement trees planted by the council

1. No specific records that identify the number of trees felled in the last 10 years. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act - Information not held.

This is something we will be working on in the near future as part of our tree survey and asset recording works so that we can begin to record these consistently going forward.
