Response 17-10-2025

1.  Two organisations were awarded funding to provide recycled bikes to school pupils in Moray. Tyred N Cranky provided bikes to 24 Primary 6 & 7 pupils and Angus Cycle Hub provided 30 bikes for the 12-15years age group.

Moray Council has issued 372 laptops to Primary pupils and 756 to Secondary pupils.

2.  From January 2024 to the end of March 2024 Primary meals taken 227,546 and Secondary meals 79,650 there were 56 trading days.  For financial year 24/25 total Primary meals taken 766,049 and Secondary Meals 272,942 there were 181 trading days within the financial year.
