FOI Request - Food Poisoning Assignment

I need to complete a presentation on a real-life case of food poisoning.

1. Would the environmental health team be willing to provide me with a real-life case, past or present? 

I am conscious of GDPR, if names need to be changed or blacked out, then I would still be incredibly grateful.
