FOI Request - Councillors Empty Homes

I wish to request information in relation the councillors / elected members who have more than one home. In specific, I am asking around houses they own that remain empty. As council I know that you will be trying to bring empty houses back into use through different initiatives.

My specific FOI request is:

1. How many councillors have additional homes which are empty? (I.e. owned by them or businesses that they are affiliated with as detailed in their members interest, and that are empty without any sitting tenants or otherwise).

Not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. 

Please note that Member’s interests, such as ownership of a second home, are covered in the Register of Interest, which is available on the Council website: https://moray.cmis.uk.com/moray/CouncilandGovernance/Councillors.aspx  . 

Please note that the Council would not hold any data regarding the status of such property outwith Moray, as such Section 17 of FOISA is applicable.
