FOI Request - Pavement Parking
Request 101003870516
1) Are the council actively enforcing against parking on pavements both for two wheels up on the pavement and all four wheels up on the pavement?
2) When did enforcement commence?
3) When were handheld FPN printers updated with new software to enable wardens to issue these specific types of tickets?
4) To date, how many fixed penalty notices have been issued since the council started enforcement ?
5) Is there a list of exempt streets where enforcement will not be undertaken ?
6) If there is an exemption list when was this list finalised?
7) Does signage advising of exemption need to be installed on exempt streets in order for fixed penalties to be issued on streets that are not exempt?
