This request relates to employee physiotherapy services (including Occupational Health Physiotherapy) provided by the council to its staff.

1. Delivered via our Occupational Health (OH) Provider - PAM Group

2. Externally commissioned via our OH Provider PAM Group. Contract start date: 1 July 2022 for 3 years with option of 2 extensions

3. Line Manager via HR Dept referral or OH Clinician Referral. Use of an electronic referral process

4. HR submit the referral on behalf of the council services

5. Total number of management referrals in last 12 months: 772 employees were referred to the OH provider for health services, including physio
