I request the following recorded information for the period 1 January 2016 – 31 October 2025.

1.  The number of occasions on which Moray Council has received correspondence, notifications, or findings from the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) or the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) concerning breaches, unlawful conduct, or failures to comply with the Equality Act 2010, Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), or Human Rights Act 1998.

2.  Copies of the correspondence, reports, or findings received from EASS or EHRC in relation to Moray Council since 2016, including any case reference numbers or outcomes recorded internally.

3.  Any internal reports, meeting minutes, or briefings discussing EASS or EHRC findings against Moray Council, including any actions, lessons learned, or policy changes that followed.

4.  Details of any Equality Impact Assessments, internal reviews, or governance reports carried out as a result of an EASS or EHRC intervention or recommendation.

1.-4. Due to the number of databases and repositories that would need to be checked, combined with the volume of records found on an initial search, it would take more than 40 hours to collate all the information requested; as such, this information is exempt under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – excessive cost.
