FOI Request - Numbers and Status of Community Councils

I am seeking data on the number of Community Councils that are in operation and the number which potentially could be operating but are not.

Please could you provide:

1.  a list of potential Community Councils within your authority and whether they are currently operating or not

2.  a history of the status of Community Councils that have operated within your authority for the last five (5) years. i.e. for what periods of time have they been operating or defunct

This lists all the names of the Community Councils, in each community council you can see if it is currently formed. There is also a list of minutes which clearly shows the years that each has been active. Also, if you click on the Community council nomination results this tells you which community councils were formed in October 2025 following the election.
