I am seeking data on the number of Community Councils that are in operation and the number which potentially could be operating but are not.

Please could you provide:

1.  a list of potential Community Councils within your authority and whether they are currently operating or not

2.  a history of the status of Community Councils that have operated within your authority for the last five (5) years. i.e. for what periods of time have they been operating or defunct
