FOI Request - Foster Carers Independent Support Service Requests

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002:

1. For each year from 2015 to the present, please provide the number of foster carers who have requested support from the Fostering and Adoption Team for independent support services from The Fostering Network.

2. For each of those years, please also provide:

a) The number of these requests that were approved

b) The number of these requests that were refused
