For the time period (2015-2025) I would like to know:
1. The total number of council tenant eviction cases the council has brought to court for each year.
2. Out of these numbers I would like to know the number that have been won and the number that have been lost or voided.
3. The amount of money the council has spent on each case that they have brought to court and the total amount for each year.

2. This level of detail is not readily available. Any performance indicators collected over the years have required us to keep records of decrees and evictions, not other outcomes. In order to find the information requested we would need to check each case individually. At an estimated 10 minutes per case this task would take us over 70 hours, which would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
