1. I wondered if you could help me with some stats on the number of disabled children in the Moray region, and if you have any other stats on how many disabled children are supported with mobility equipment – one final ask was for some info on any deprived areas within your region, and if there’s any correlation to the number of disabled children within them.

1. This information is not held. The social work service does not hold statistics for all children in Moray, only those who are known to us. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

To be helpful, there are published statistics on the Scot Gov website in respect of areas of deprivation.

We suggest directing your request to NHS Grampian for statistics for children with disability.
