FOI Request - Contracts Data

An Excel spreadsheet containing details of all contracts due to expire within the next 12 months. Specifically, I would like the spreadsheet to include the following information for each contract:

• Contract reference number
• Contract name
• Start date
• End date
• Any extensions granted
• Contract value
• Winning bidder
• List of all other bidders who participated in the original tender process

Due to the size of the file the information requested has been sent to the requester directly. Please note, you can also find the Contract Register published and available on the Moray Council website: http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_101331.html

Please note, to find the information on all other bidders who participated in the original tender process is estimated to take more than 120 hours. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
