FOI Request - Single Sex Space Guidance

1.  Since 17 April 2025, have any changes been made to the council’s guidance on single sex spaces, including the issuing of new guidance? Please provide data for any council facilities including schools, leisure centres, offices etc. Please provide as much detail as possible including any relevant documents.

In addition to our previous response we confirm the followint: EHRC withdrew the interim guidance in October 2025. UK Ministers are currently reviewing the guidance prior to it being laid before Parliament for approval.  We do not have a timescale for publication at this present time.
