Please provide details from the past year (1st December 2024 to 1st December 2025) on any removal by the local authority of:

1. St George’s cross flags
2. St George’s cross graffiti

1. & 2. Not held. We do not hold a record of the removal of any flags or graffiti as such. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

In order to be helpful we confirm that we have removed flags from lamp posts and street furniture at various locations on two occasions in October 2025 and spent a total £1240.33; however, we did not record what the specific flag was or the location.
