For the time period (2010-2025) I would like to know:
For each year:
1. The total number of bridges that Moray Council is responsible for.
2. How many safety checks were carried out on each bridge.
3. What the findings were from each safety check on each bridge.
4. How many repairs or maintenance works were carried out on each bridge.
I would be very grateful if you could please present the data by year with separate sets of data for each bridge.

1. Moray Council Consultancy department are responsible for 386 network bridges and 124 non-network bridges. There are also a small number of bridge assets owned and managed by other departments.
2.-4. We would need to check records for each bridge individually. Even if that took just 10 minutes per bridge this would add up to more than 80 hours. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
