1 the date of the most recent maintenance inspection of the structure, with particular regard to the supporting stonework piers/pillars (as opposed to the superstructure)

2 a copy of the inspection report including its conclusions

3 the date of the previous maintenance inspection, again relating specifically to the supporting stonework

4 a copy of that inspection report, together with its conclusions
