I appreciate that your website already provides quarterly snapshots of business rates data. However, under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would be grateful if you could provide a complete dataset dating back to 2018 to present for all business (non-residential) property rates for your local authority receiving Fresh Start Relief, including the following fields (where possible):

- Ratepayer
- Property Address
- Post Code
- Assessor Reference Number
- Rateable Value
- Ratepayer Liability Start Date
- Fresh Start Relief
- Relief Amount
