I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I would like to request that the Council provide the following information for each road in the area the Council covers which contains at least 1 residential address:
1. Road Name
2. Number of Houses
3. Number of Registered Electors
4. Polling District
5. Parish (if applicable)
6. Ward
7. Scottish Parliament Constituency
8. Westminster Parliamentary Constituency

3. Number of Registered Electors – Not held. The Electoral Register is the responsibility of the Electoral Registration Office and not the Council, therefore we are unable to answer this question. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
