I am interested in understanding what issues teachers have complained about in the last few years as well as the way those complaints are recorded by the local authority.

Please provide the following information:

1. Please reveal every category/type of complaint made by teachers that the local authority records.

2. Please provide a breakdown by category of all the complaints made by teachers in the last 5 years.
