Please provide me with the following information relating to the Garmouth Viaduct:

1. The most recent inspection date.
2. A copy of the most recent inspection report, including its conclusions and recommendations.
3. Any safety concerns noted regarding the viaduct prior to its partial collapse.
4. The date of the most recent maintenance work carried out on the viaduct.
5. A copy of the maintenance report, including details of any future recommendations for maintenance schedules.

2. The information requested can be found in a previous FOI response. It is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. For ease of reference please find a link to the previous FOI here.

3. No follow-on concerns raised after inspection.

4. June 2025 – Deck boards were tightened and some bolts replaced for deck boards.

5. Not held. No maintenance report exists. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
