I would like to ask for the following:

Any correspondence (including emails, letters, phone calls, handwritten notes, WhatsApp messages or any other documents) between senior councillors at this Scottish local authority regarding rent controls or the 2025 Housing (Scotland) Act. Information should include but not be limited to a detailed timeline (with dates) of any contact between these individuals. Please provide this information between the dates of 1 October 2025 and 8 January 2026 inclusive.

2. Any correspondence (including emails, letters, phone calls, handwritten notes, WhatsApp messages or any other documents) between senior employees at this Scottish local authority regarding rent controls or the 2025 Housing (Scotland) Act. Information should include but not be limited to a detailed timeline (with dates) of any contact between these individuals. Please provide this information between the dates of 1 October 2025 and 8 January 2026 inclusive.

3. Any correspondence (including emails, letters, phone calls, handwritten notes, WhatsApp messages or any other documents) between employees of the place services department at this Scottish local authority regarding rent controls or the 2025 Housing (Scotland) Act. Information should include but not be limited to a detailed timeline (with dates) of any contact between these individuals.
