FOI Request - Current Business Rates

1.  Please can you provide me with a list of all properties in Elgin that pay business rates - info including property addresses and people/firms who pay the rates.

1. We publish information on the Moray Council website which identifies all Non Domestic Rates properties in Moray. Due to a software issue currently, we are unable to publish the latest information but once this is rectified and published, the responder can interrogate the report to extract the information they require. The information requested is exempt under Section 27 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2003 – information intended for future publication within the next 12 weeks.
