1. For each of the last three academic years, the total number of pupils who were placed on a reduced or part-time timetable

2. Of those pupils, the number who subsequently returned to full-time attendance at the school, and the percentage this represents.

3. Where recorded, the average length of time pupils spent on a reduced or part-time timetable before returning to full-time attendance.

4. Where pupils did not return to full-time attendance, the outcomes recorded by the school (for example: continued part-time attendance, alternative provision, flexible arrangements, or other).

5. Of those pupils, the number and percentage who were provided with education by the school to be undertaken at home during the period of reduced attendance.

6. Where recorded, the type of education provided at home (for example: online learning, paper-based materials, digital platforms, or other).

7. Where recorded, whether these arrangements were made in the context of Additional Support Needs (ASN)

8. Where recorded, whether the provision of education at home formed part of a planned, monitored, and reviewed approach in line with the principles of Getting it Right for Every Child (GIRFEC).
