I would like information please on the compliance with the The Public Health etc (Scotland) Act 2008 (Sunbed) Regulations 2009, in particular the provisions of clause 3 and schedule 1 which requires customers to be provided with prescribed information at A5 size or larger, and the provisions of clause 4 and schedule 2 which requires a notice to be displayed with prescribed information at A5 or larger. *TABLE IN EMAIL*
