EICR - Fixed electrical test of our corporate buildings every 5 years, with very minor repairs carried out. 18th Edition of the wiring regulations PAT - testing carried out annually to our corporate buildings. Electricity at work regulations 1989 Emergency lighting - inspected quarterly and repairs identified carried out. BS5266-1 Lightning Protection - inspected yearly and repairs identified quoted and works carried out. BS EN 62305
