1. The Roads Maintenance Reserve List provides a list of backlog projects that have been identified by the team.  
The current value of this work that is related to the road asset (Reconstruction / Resurfacing / Surface Dressing / Drainage & Other Works) is £116,219,325 

The reserve list is published annually as part of our Capital & Revenue Works Programme:  www.moray.gov.uk/roadsprogramme

2. Not held. As these works are on the reserve list, they are not approved; they are only approved when they are progressed onto the programme for any given year.  Therefore, this question cannot be answered. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
