I request access to information relating to road inspections at Kingsmills, Elgin – South East section of the road.

Specifically, I request:

1. Copies of any road safety inspection reports, defect reports, maintenance records, and works orders relating to this section of road.

2. The inspection schedule and stated inspection frequency for this road classification.

3. Details of any defects (including potholes) identified and any repairs or actions taken.

Please provide this information for the period surrounding the inspection carried out on 10 March 2025, including records from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
