Please provide the following information regarding North High Street, Buckie (in particular the section that includes the retaining wall/embankment beside Buckie Bowling Club and the adjacent carriageway/footways):

1. The earliest date on which the Council (or its contractors) first recorded, inspected, or became aware of North High Street, Buckie (or any part of it) being in a state of disrepair, structural concern, movement, cracking, or otherwise requiring significant repair or maintenance.

2. The date of the most recent significant repair, resurfacing, reconstruction, or maintenance work carried out on the carriageway, footways, or retaining wall/structure on North High Street, Buckie.

3. A brief timeline of all inspections, structural assessments, or reports relating to the condition of North High Street, Buckie since 1 January 2010, including the date and a short summary of the key findings/outcome of each.
