1.Please provide a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV format) containing details of all property and land assets disposed of by the council since 1 January 2010. For each disposal, please include:

a) Address and postcode

b) Date of disposal

c) Sale price (if recorded)

d) Whether the disposal was made through the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) or was a general fund/regular disposal (please separate these categories clearly)

2. Please also provide a list of all land and property assets acquired by the council since 1 January 2010, including:

a) Address and postcode

b) Date of acquisition

c) Purchase price (if recorded)

d) Whether the acquisition was made through the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) or was a general fund/regular disposal (please separate these categories clearly)

3. In addition, please provide a list of all Community Asset Transfers (CATs) completed since 1 January 2010, including:

a) Asset name/address

b) Date of transfer

c) Whether the transfer was at market value, discounted, or for £0 (if recorded)
