Scope of request

Please provide information held and reasonably retrievable relating to your authority’s planning, commissioning, procurement, implementation, and contract management of social work and social care information management / case management systems, including the decisions that have led to your current system position.

Specifically, please provide:

1. Planning, evaluation and decision making

a) Final or approved business cases, options appraisals, or evaluation papers

b) Recorded decisions to procure, replace, extend, or materially modify such systems

c) Programme, digital, or transformation plans where the system formed a material component

2. Procurement, purchasing and contract management

a) Core procurement specifications and tender documentation

b) Contract award documentation

c) High level contract management or governance arrangements

d) Details of any soft market testing or pre procurement engagement undertaken

3. System ownership and accountability

a) The name of your local authority

b) The name or role title of the Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) responsible for the system and associated data

c) The lead organisation responsible for implementing the main system rollout (for example, the authority itself, a supplier, or a lead partner authority)

4. System usage, integrations and interfaces

a) Confirmation of whether the authority uses the full application or specific modules only

b) Summary details of any APIs, interfaces, or integrations connected to the system

c) A list of any contracted or sub contracted systems or applications operating within, alongside, or connected to the main case management system

This request relates to evaluated and deployed systems and does not seek source code, live system extracts, detailed logs, or information requiring system interrogation beyond normal retrieval methods.
