1. Not held. No swan nests were identified on the islands; as such, no specific authorisation stating swan mating season was required. This information therefore falls under Regulation 10(4)(a) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 - information not held. 

In case it is of interest, please be advised that, prior to commencement, independent ecological assessments and species protection measures were commissioned to identify potential risks to wildlife, including the resident swan pair, and to establish appropriate mitigation measures. The Council has continued to follow professional ecological guidance throughout the project, with decisions relating to operational activity informed by qualified specialists, ongoing monitoring and wildlife protection considerations.
