1. A copy of the Ecological survey that was submitted regarding the maintenance work and the emptying of the pond, particularly in regards to the wildlife, swans etc.

2. Also a clear schedule of what work will be done and the timescales allowed.

1. Please find attached copies of the ecological documentation held by the Council within the scope of your request relating to the Cooper Park pond restoration works and associated wildlife considerations - Cooper Park Preliminary Ecological Assessment and Mute Swan Species Protection Plan.

2. The project programme remains under ongoing review and elements of the operational timetable continue to be informed by ecological advice, site conditions, contractor sequencing and any mitigation requirements identified during works.

At the time of responding to your request, the Council does not hold a single finalised or fixed schedule covering all remaining works and associated timescales. Operational activities are therefore being progressed on a phased and adaptive basis to allow the project to respond appropriately to environmental, ecological and practical considerations as they arise.

Where programme information is finalised and held by the Council within the scope of the request, this will be considered for disclosure in accordance with relevant information legislation.
