FOI Request - Roadworks on Fife Street, Dufftown, between Cowie Avenue and Mortlach Distillery

I would like to make an FOI request for all information the council holds regarding the long running roadworks on Fife Street in Dufftown between Cowie Ave and Mortlach Distillery

Including but not limited to, all representations from elected members

Collating the information and removing personal data (exempt under 38(1)(b) FOISA - personal info) would take in excess of 40 hours due to the number of reports, inspections and requests. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this request.
