Please provide the following information:

1. Any environmental impact assessments, monitoring records, or reports held by the council relating to the effect of road salt on watercourses, vegetation, or soil in the Moray area

2. Any correspondence with SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency) regarding road salt use and its environmental effects

3. Any records of complaints received from members of the public regarding road gritting (including complaints about excessive gritting, salt damage to vehicles, or environmental concerns) in the period January 2020 to the present, and a summary of how those complaints were handled
