Please provide the following information for each of the financial
years 2023/24 and 2024/25:

1. Total expenditure on road surface repair and resurfacing

2. Total expenditure on winter maintenance (gritting and salting)

3. Any internal assessments, reports, or correspondence in which the
relative priority of winter maintenance versus road surface
maintenance has been considered or debated

4. The current backlog of road surface repairs, expressed either in
monetary terms or by number of identified defects, if such a figure is
maintained by the council
