EIR Request - Flytipping Data

Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I would like to request the following information for the past five calendar years (2020–2025):

1. The number of individuals prosecuted by the council for flytipping in each calendar year.
2. The total cost to the council of clearing flytipped waste in each calendar year.

1. 0 for all years

2. We uplift the fly- tipped waste as part of routine household collections, or as part of our toilet attendants additional duties when they are in the area of the tipping, so there is no additional costs associated with clearing up of flytipping.
