Response 08-05-2026
1. Not held. There is no formal system to record this in early years. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) - Information not held
2. We do not hold this centrally - exempt under S. 17 FOISA
3. Currently no early years children have a Co-ordinated Support Plan (CSP).
4. Health colleagues refer young people to developmental nurseries, where appropriate. For information held by the NHS please contact NHS Grampian directly.
5. Moray is an inclusive authority where all need is met in all our settings. Where there is a significant medical need, as advised by health care practitioners, in early years, there is a referral to developmental nursery. We currently have no young person who cannot attend.
